Where is my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details. 

If you have not received your parcel within 7 days of receiving a Shipping confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible as NZ Post is unable to process claims for items posted more than 21 days from date of posting to the first point of contact made to NZPost.

We ship from Auckland, New Zealand.
